Shares of Turtlemint Fintech Solutions surged 6 per cent on Monday after the company reported its first-ever profitable quarter. The stock ended 6 per cent positive at ₹144.20, after hitting an intraday high of ₹154.20 on the BSE.

The company reported a net profit of ₹3 crore for the fourth quarter, marking its first profitable quarter.

Revenue increased 42 per cent y-o-y to ₹357 crore.

For FY26, revenue rose 57 per cent y-o-y to ₹1,098 crore.

It also reported that platform premium grew 31 per cent y-o-y to nearly ₹3,868 crore during the year, according to the comapny’s statement.

Commenting on the results, Dhirendra Mahyavanshi, Chairperson, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, said the company’s growth during the quarter reflected the distribution strength of its platform and ecosystem. He said the company was excited to begin its journey as a listed company, reflecting the strength of its business model and disciplined execution.

Anand Prabhudesai, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, said the company will continue investing in technology and artificial intelligence, with a focus on empowering partners, enhancing customer experience and building one of India’s most trusted digital insurance distribution platforms.
